Thank you for shopping with Tempo Flow. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During product launches, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify customers via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (where applicable)
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Locations
Tempo Flow currently ships within the United States.
We may expand shipping availability in the future.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Tempo Flow is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist whenever possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@tempoflowgolf.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
